How Training Works in THE PERFORMANCE LAB
Powered by Elite Skills Arena and used by many of the top clubs around the world, this training space blends technology, coaching, and repetition to help players sharpen their skills and gain an edge on the field.
The system uses interactive LED targets, instant feedback, and performance tracking to help players increase their touches, sharpen decision-making, and build game-speed confidence.

Group Classes
1 – 6 Players/class
Best for players and parents who want:
- A consistent weekly schedule
- Coach-led progression
- Small-group setting with up to 6 players to work on ball possession and breaking through defenders
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
- U7 – U9: 6:00 – 6:30pm
- U10+: 6:30 – 7:00pm
- 1 session per week
- 10-week training cycle
- Includes BOTH individual time in the Circle Lab and short-sided games in the Rectangle Lab
Solo Training Sessions
1 Player/session
Best for players and parents who want:
- Extra reps outside team practice
- Flexible scheduling
- Focused skill sharpening
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
- Weekdays: 3:00 – 8:00pm
- Weekends: 10:00am – 1:00pm
- Monthly training credits
- Book sessions anytime
- Solo player format (no coach present)
