Performance training is offered by Coach Caroline Palmer, a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Players work on all areas of their athletic skills, such as agility, balance, speed, quickness, concentration, focus, and strength.

Caroline “Coach CP” Palmer is a CSCS-certified strength and conditioning coach and the founder of CP Strength • Speed | Athletic Performance at Relentless Collective in Plain City/Dublin, OH. She’s driven by a relentless passion to serve athletes at every level—from youth players to professionals—helping them grow, compete, and stay game-ready.
Her training background spans private coaching, high school athletics, and collegiate experience with Ohio State’s men’s and women’s soccer programs. Coach CP’s mission: stay consistent, push the standard, and put in the work. Because hard work always pays off.
