Expert designed soccer programming for ages 2+


Introducing our Strength, Speed, and Agility Fitness Class with Jen Brown, specially designed with young athletes in mind. Incorporating targeted training into your weekly regimen is a proven way to elevate your sports performance. These classes promise an engaging and enjoyable experience, offering kids an exciting introduction to a novel approach to training. This class will be one hour every Sunday night at 5:00, starting on November 5th and running for 7 weeks (ending the week before Christmas).

Jen is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her passion for sports, health & fitness started at a very young age. Jen grew up as a multi-sport athlete and is still an athlete today. She played basketball collegiately at Siena Heights University and then continued to pursue her passion for sports by working in collegiate athletics at the highest level at the University of Tennessee for more than ten years.

Jen launched her personal training business, Jen Brown Fitness, in 2021. Since then she has helped hundreds of individuals all across the country through 1-on-1 coaching, adult group fitness classes, youth athlete development & virtual programs and challenges.

Jen understands the importance of sports performance training and its benefits such as injury prevention and reduction, increased strength, higher speed and power, greater flexibility, mental toughness, consistency & dedication, and equipping athletes to create more opportunities for advancement. She helps prepare athletes, both physically and mentally, to tackle the unique challenges of their chosen sport.
